Hardware

1. Drawer Slides

Drawer sides are made of epoxy powder coated steel running on nylon runners. They are integrated drawer slide type that acts both as drawer slide and side panel. Self closing feature with 60mm closing range and with height and side adjustment. Continuous load capacity: 25 - 30 kg.

2. Hinges

Each door is mounted with snap-on hinges with 110°, 120°, 165° or 170° opening angle. These hinges are heavy duty self closing, snap-on type, adjustable in all three sides.

3. Adjustment Feet

C & H-Frame sides are supplied with adjustment feet to correct eventual unevenness of floor ± 15 mm. Adjustment feet made of black polyethylene plastic material with M10 galvanized steel thread.

4. Handle

Under-bench and wall cabinets supplied with flush full length grab-rail made of epoxy powder coated anodized aluminum profile. Handles are set into groove on top of doors and drawer fronts.

5. Wall Suspension Fittings

Wall cabinets are hanging using 2 suspension fittings of European origin. Fittings are adjustable in 3 dimensions, with load capacity of 80kg.

6. Shelf Support

Adjustable shelves are placed on plastic shelf support with 3mm diameter steel pin. Every 4 shelf supports have a load capacity of 60kg by evenly distributed loading on the shelf.

7. Cabinet Connection Screws

These are of galvanized steel. Visible ends are supplied with plastic head caps that serve a durable and attractive coverage.
