1 .Chemical Resistance Worktops
Made of 16mm thick laboratory grade Compact Laminate Boards (Max Resistance). The panels consist namely of approved and tested raw materials, compressed under high pressure, emerges such a unique, homogenous panel without joints. Fully enclosed and therefore resistant against the penetration of moisture. The surface, protected with a dual cured urethane acrylic coating has proven itself to be unaffected by solvents and chemicals in extreme working conditions of the laboratory. Easy to clean and disinfect. MAX Resistance is dye-resistant and shows great mechanical resistance.
MAX Resistance shows excellent resistance against acids, alkaline solutions, coloring and corrosive saline solutions, ketones, alcohols, esters, aromats, chlorinated and aliphatic hydrocarbons, oxidizing and bleaching substances. MAX Resistance reacts on contact with indicators, dying reagents and dyestuffs in medicine with no surface damage at all.
These panels are ideal for all types of laboratories, in the hygienic sector, for research centers, hospitals or doctor's surgery, photo laboratories and everywhere, where absolute cleanliness of a high resistant surface is demanded.
2. Granite
Made of 13mm thick –30mm front- countertop material (HI-Macs-LG-). This material is Granite Surface Tops. The feature of HI-MACS is shown to be an advanced non- porous so bacteria, viruses or molds cannot penetrate the surface which makes it approved for used in health care facilities.
It's durable, stain-resistant, easy to clean and maintain, thermo formable, and hygienic. HI-MACS is the elegant solid surfacing material , performs well in drop ball impact tests, resists most chemical exposure, high UV resistance and color fastness, water- dirt and moisture resistant.
3. Epoxy Resin Worktops
Made of 19mm thick laboratory Epoxy Resin. These tops are monolithic and molded from a modified epoxy resin with smooth, non-glare finish. All exposed edges are finished with 3mm bevel.
